Request recommendation for template to buy

Looking to buy a template, preferably CMS, that has the following simple layout: http://getpiggybank.com/ or https://www.koho.ca/

Can anyone recommend one?

Key features:

  1. Static navigation bar at the top (condensed so that space isn’t wasted)
  2. Simple 1 page layout with vertical scrolling
  3. Optional - Animations as I scroll from one pane to the other
  4. Flat design (single color)
