Reponsive layout not reacting on tablet view

Hello again,

I have read quite a bit regarding this issue but now I am stuck at another point:

Here is what I did:

  1. I created a new section
  2. I added 2 columns in it, set the rows margin/padding to 0
  3. Added 1 div block to each row with 100% width
  4. Added my content

But somehow as you can see in the images on the tablet view the two rows with divs inside do not break, on mobile landscape and mobile view they do.

I set my general page width to 1280px.
