Not sure if this is a bug, or if it’s been designed this way - either way, it isn’t particularly logical.
If you change the name of a form on a page it isn’t updated in the form submission data on the site dashboard. Instead it’s as though you’ve created a new form.
It would be more helpful if the backend used some unique identifier and the description field could be updated/changed without affecting the submission data assigned to that form.
Not a biggie, but a ‘nice to have’.
