Less than an hour ago, I accidentally paid $144 for a year long basic plan. It was a complete accident. It’s lockdown and i’m not really in a position to pay that kind of money. I have emailed support, but, i thought i may get a quicker response on here!

Unfortunately the support team who can help you out doesn’t monitor the community for these types of requests—most of the active users are customers like yourself—but typically support regarding account issues are a pretty high priority.
