Refund? I hate Webflow as a company

Is it possible to get a refund? I purchased a template and an eCommerce subscription, but I find Webflow absolutely terrible. I’ve never come across a company with such unbelievably poor support. I don’t want anything to do with this company. Ideal for example has been requested for many years. They just ignore their customers. Wtf.

How can support be so bad?

For eCommerce subscriptions, you can submit a refund request through our refund request form.

Please note that Marketplace purchases (including templates) are final and non-refundable. The only exception applies to individuals (not businesses) located in the E.U., EEA, U.K., or Turkey, who have the legal right to cancel their subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. This right is void once you’ve downloaded or installed the Marketplace media.

I am an individual, how to fix this? When I try to submit the refund its fixed, I cant choose my subscription to ask for a refund.
