Redirect link from form in a collection does not work

Hi

I need to add a pixel code to a specific page to track form registrations. The problem is, the form is within a page of a collection and I just figured out that redirect from the page id will not redirect the URL of the page I created. To make things a bit clearer:

the collection page is /shoes/brown after someone fills out this form I want them to be redirected to /thank-you (thank-you is the id page) but instead, they are being redirected to /shoes/thank-you and of course, they´ll get a 404 error.

Any idea how to fix this, or let me know what am I doing wrong?
