Redirect /Index.html to home page without displaying /index.html

I was able to address this problem with .htaccess file when I wasn’t using Webflow CMS.

Now I’m using the Webflow hosting and there isn’t an .htaccess file. How do I point index.html to /
so that the crawlers aren’t pickup up duplicate content and penalizing the site for SEO?
