I need to redesign a single page.
What is the best / recommended workflow for that?

Do I understand correctly that Webflow has no meaning for staged changes?
In other words is there a way to work on new design of a single page while being able to do small changes to existing page and publish them without publishing new version?
And that when I hit publish - I always publish the whole website?

I think that probably I need to make a copy of existing page and work on it until done, than rename page / delete old one?

Yes, you are correct in making a copy of existing page, you can duplicate and save it as draft and replace the existing page when it is ready. Just need to take note of slug/redirection so it does not affect your SEO.

Unless you are in an Enterprise project which allows for page branching to design over an existing page.
