Quick Stack - add rows is disabled nor is the presets option displayed

Hello community, I have such a problem with the new quick stack feature. On one current page, I add a quick stack, but I can’t add rows there (options is disabled), and after inserting an element, I don’t even see the presets window for first set up. I tried some older site and it works fine on that.

PS: The only solution is to set it on the website where it works and copy it to others. Where it can no longer be edited afterward.

Did anyone have the same problem? Or know How to fix it.

Had this issue and realized it was because I was not on the base breakpoint
