My question is… Will this work with Webflow? If so what is the best way to accomplish this integration? Explanation below.
I am in the proposal stage of a new project and the company uses 3rd party enterprise resource planning software to manage their warehouse inventory, sales order processing, purchasing, routing/delivery, accounting, etc.
In a preliminary discussion with the developer about integrating their (ordering) software into a new website they had this to say.
- The content on your order pages is not static and is generated by our web ordering platform, which we manage.
- So we would be responsible for updating these pages for you.
- What we need in general are the HTML / JavaScript / and CSS from a page on the new public website the company will design for you, either in a zip file or a link to somewhere where they have the new design hosted.
- We will save a copy, remove almost everything except the header and footer, and adapt it to our template for our application.
- In the end, the look and feel of the ecom site will match that of your new public web site, just as it matches now.
