Put text in front of a block

I try to put a label in link or block and I can’t.

Try to put a text block or heading in front of an image inside a block I can’t.

But I see that we can in this example.

I was able to put text in front of an image but in fixed mode, so when scrolling it doesn’t follow his parent it stays there.

hi @Guillaume_Mercier you can take some CSS course to understand at least some basics as this is very simple task . Your request is related to element position and/or z-index

place image and text to div element with relative position and give text position absolute
