As for the possibility of making sites for customers always in White Label and with the API, you have to buy more CMS plans since the plan for Agency or the Core concerns the creation of sites that are not hosted and therefore not in white label as explained in the explanation. (Webflow branding | Webflow University) and also it is convenient to make sites not hosted clearly in white label and therefore without the possibility of using the API then exporting them.
