Hi everyone - we have redone our website and I need to add our domain to this one but I’m getting an error when trying to verify the domain - can anyone help me? Our site is currently down and members are freaking out.
Hey Jennifer, if the new site is in a different workspace it’s likely the verification TXT record has changed and you need to set a new one.
I can’t guess more than that, you haven’t given any details like your domain name.
If you’ve updated the DNS with the new TXT record it can take 24h for the DNS to update.
