I am a beginner trying to make an animated horizontal progress bar that is fixed at the top of my screen. I have followed each step of Webflow’s progress bar video tutorial, but can’t seem to get the progress bar to be fixed at the top of the screen while I scroll down the page. How might I solve this issue?
