Product with additional add on items that add up in the cart

Hi,

Can you add additional items that add up in a cart? Not variants of a product.

Have you tried adding another product collection and for the add-to-cart button just change the name dynamically to be “Carrot,” “Chocoloate,” etc…? Then just don’t add anything else to any of the items so they’re only add-to-cart buttons.
