Problem with navbar on mobile the moment you press doesn´t expand

Hey everyone, I´m bulding a landing page, just to show to contact information. The problem I´m having that is on mobile, you press the navbar and it´s look like you pressed but the navbar doesn´t expand.

I tried to add a new navbar, but it was the same issue, look like pressed, but doesn´t expand.

I have this parameters.
