Problem with centering text vertically

I didn’t find a way to center a text vertically for smaller and bigger resolutions/dives.

The problem is that I have to set a height size for the text to center it vertically, look here at my settings:

This works for my macbook pro 15 inc monitor resolution, look here:

But if the device is smaller, you see the text in two lines, than it looks like that. It’s not really centered:

Any ideas how to fix it?
