Missing CMS content in tablet view and drop shadow

Hi, I’m not sure why the CMS content is missing from my tablet view. It is there for all other views eg. the desktop, mobile etc. Also, I’m trying to add a drop shadow after the last CMS row. For some reason, the box shadow would only show above the content, but not below. Any help is much appreciated!
