"Pressed" or "Hover" states now showing on live site

I set a “Pressed” state for the links “data-security_feature-3_tab-link” to transition from an opacity of 24% to 100%.

However, this isn’t showing in the staging or live site. I tried to set a hover state previously as well, it worked in the designer but now in the staging or live site.

Anyone know what’s going on? Thanks in advance for your help

Remove the Scroll into view interaction and the different states will work. It’s the interaction that is causing the issue.
