Preloader on everypage

Hi guys,

Hope you are well,

I just finished the Webflow ‘Custom Preloader’ video and the result works perfectly on the homepage!

The issue is that it doesn’t seem to work on every page which is what I am looking for!

Is there possibly a way to do this?

Hey @Franciswebdev, do you have your animation for your preloader animation set on the page or on the element? if it is on the page then you will have to apply the interaction on every page, that is probably why it is now working on every page. To fix it, set the animation on your preloader wrapper instead, that way if you copy and paste the element on other pages the animation will come with it. I hope this helps!

Thanks for your help!

It seemed to work but on every page I had to change the target which meant that it broke on the other pages, and only works on one page

Yes so what you have to do is on your preload interaction, on each page, apply it to the element you want to use, the Doigt Preloader, and then change it to apply to class rather than element, that way it will work on every page where you have that class.
