Preloader is freezed while transitioning to different breakpoints

Hi, I have a problem with preloading. Out of nowhere, my pre-loading freezes at 100% after loading while I am trying to test the fluidity on the web browser and phone. It loads perfectly but the problem is when adjusting the browser’s size or for mobile " going from portrait mode to landscape and vice versa. I am using Adaptive Page Loader by Timothy Ricks. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out. Just in case anyone would have the same problem I would not delete the post. So the problem was a hover interaction to my project list. Apparently, a hover-in/out animation was conflicting somehow with the pre-loader. Strange! but after I deleted it, it work super smoothly.
