Preload blocks all the functionalities of the website on the live page

Hello,

I’m working on a website from a template and I’m having problems with the preload animation, which works perfectly in preview but when I publish the website it doesn’t disappear (it’s transparent but not gone) and makes the website unusable, because all the buttons are not clickable.
I reviewed the animation to make sure that the last stage is set on Hide/Show = None.
What am I doing wrong?
