Possible to embed FORM (custom html code) into CMS?

I would like to embed form code into the individual items of a collection…
wihin the CMS…

Is this at all possible?

or should I just start making a bunch of form pages to link to now…

Try adding an “Embed” component into a div within your cms setup. Hope you get it working.

As @garymichael1313 told you, you should embed the cognito code in your CMS item.

yes cognito allows for this embed code… its very easy and uses #'d form
direction… with one main code to tell client…
so it was actually easy…
