Positioning of separate graphic elements in hero section and make it responsive

I have a problem with positioning 4 graphic elements in the hero section. In the hero section itself, there is a full-screen title that contains these few elements and together make up the hero section. I want these elements to be in separate divs because I would apply certain animations to them, however, if I position them with the px sections they don’t have responsive design. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? All best

The section is of this design roughly, this is how the icons are inserted within the heading and I don’t know how to make them responsive. P.S. for the content itself I used the wizardry technique
