Please help me with my NavBar interaction

I’m currently working on my portfolio site, and had and idea for a nav bar menu. Lucky me when I found webflows workshop making a navbar almost exactly as what I had in mind. The only thing is… I can’t get the interaction to work.
So please help me figure out what I’m doing wrong. I would appreciate it so much.
