When I connet to my site www.ok-ev.com I get " critical error"

What is this ?

I just modified some content for 2520px website and got this.

the www site was redirecting me to https://de.ok-ev.com/ . This is your own webserver that is not configured properly.

that is weglot language autoswitch that took you to the german version. I have just desactived and the problem is still there

my hosting was fine, it happend out of the blue after making some modifications on a 2550px screen version
