Please for the love of God sort out CMS & Ecom!

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! webflow team I beg you to fix ecom & CMS product!

Every time I go to upload products / cms back to back webflow either crashes/validation error/doesnt save when I click save ect ect ect … this is ridiculous im spending 2x-3x the time adding products then it should take its highly frustrating / Customer support is non existent & my client is paying 84 dollars a month and its not just this project / or my laptop / or my browser as I have chnaged all of it to be faced with the same problem, I CANT WORK LIKE THIS!!! I have been using webflow for 3+ years but now im coming to conclusion to move to a different platform entirely, I want to keep using webflow as I love it but like I said I have just got to the breaking point im wasting so much time reinputting cms & ecom products which at the end of the day looses me money as I could be doing other things. please sort this out or give me suggestions on how to fix it if I am doing something wrong ill answer any questions.

To resolve the crashes and validation errors during product uploads, first try these immediate troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open Webflow in an incognito/private browsing window
  2. Disable all browser extensions
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies

If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket with the following information:

  • Your site name
  • Specific steps to reproduce the issue
  • Browser and OS details
  • Approximate time when issues occurred
  • Console logs and network logs
  • Screen recording showing the problem (can be uploaded via Dropbox or Google Drive)
