Photo contest application in Webflow

I am looking to create a beauty pageant photo contest application using Webflow, where users can view contestant profiles, vote for their favorite contestants, and manage the entire contest. The setup should include the following features:

  1. Contestant Profiles: Each contestant will have a dedicated page where they can upload their photos, provide personal details (name, age, bio, hometown, etc.), and showcase any other relevant information.

  2. Voting System: A voting mechanism that allows users to vote for their favorite contestant. The system should restrict each user to one vote per day or per contest, and it should track votes in real-time.

  3. optional Real-Time Voting Results: A page or section where users can see live results, showing how many votes each contestant has received with updated rankings.

How is this possible in Webflow - can i use airtable and webflow together

Webflow is not an app development platform. All of the functionality you’re describing would require 3rd party systems and custom coding to engineer.

I’m thinking through the simplest route I can suggest, and there are two fairly clean paths;

  1. Webflow + Memberstack + Make ( Automations ) + Airtable + Finsweet CMS Bridge ( or a similar Airtable → CMS sync platform )
  2. Webflow + Wized + Xano and a lot of custom coding

Either path will cost about $100 - $200 per month, and a lot of development time up front.
