Password protected page sends to 404 page on mobile

Here is my site Read-Only: www.santamateo.com
Password is: 12.6.25

Desire

  1. Enter 12.6.25 = view the homepage
  2. Select “Enter” CTA with no text in the field = error message
  3. Select “Enter” CTA with the wrong password = error message

Problems

  1. When a user enters the password 12.6.25 = 404 page
  2. When a user selects “Enter” CTA with no text in the field = 404 page
  3. When a user selects “Enter” CTA with the wrong password = 404 page

How might I get the password page to work correctly?

did you publish the site to view the password protect page?

Note: for password protect page, you should have a site plan, starter plan(free plan) password protect functionality is not working.
