Paragraphs keep syncing

I am having a hard time with all of my text synching across every project page, How do I stop this? As each project is its own and have different content to provide for each project. Would I have to include each section in the cms collection? Thank you

Make sure all text elements that are supposed to change are bound to a collection field. For example “problem” text is not bound.

Would I have to include the problem in the cms collection correct? would I have to do that for each section?
