Something weird is happening when my website loads in Safari. After the page load finishes, it refers to the page several time until it crashes.

Welcome to the forum! I wasn’t able to replicate this on my end but when I was loading your page I could see a substantial amount of images loading with the total page size being around 70MB.
I’d definitely recommend removing some of your custom code, republishing and testing again to see if you can pinpoint what’s causing it to crash.
