Page opening in the footer section

Hello,

I was doing a landing page for a client and I had to create a link section using pop-up modals. I created 3 pop ups and used the z index with a value of 9999. I know that is causing the page to open at the bottom. Is there any way to fix this, to make the landing page open at the top as it should be, without messing up the modal full-screen option.

Strangely, the page loads well on mobile.
