Overflow Auto does not fire any Scroll into view Events

Hi,

found a bug. Maybe iPad OS Scroll Bug not sure. But if I put a div into auto and scroll and I want to trigger some “Scroll into view” events these event does not get fired on ipad. Chrome, Edge etc. works fine.
