Hello, having an issue where the opengraph image of my client’s site is not showing only on X. However it is working fine on the staging site:

Generally it means that your image dimensions, file size, file type, or tag formation aren’t acceptable to X.
There used to be a Twitter Post Inspector, which was shut down some years ago. You’ll want to look for a similar tool for X that will help you identify the problem.
He says it seems to be domain specific; opengraph works on the staging URL, but not the primary domain
Thanks Gregory, I missed that, I’d assume it’s a cache issue then. Generally you’d go to the post inspector, and clear the cache to fetch the current data.
