Open Facebook or Twitter APP directly from Webflow

Hi everybody! I need help on opening the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp Apps directly from web flow. Basically I want the user to press a button and open the respective app (assuming that the user has the app installed in their phone).

Is there a solution for this within WebFlow? or is there a workaround?

I would appreciate any help you guys could give me.
