Oops something went wrong? Webflow forms

I’m trying to install a form but I’m getting the ‘oops something went wrong’ error on the live site.

I’m not using recapcha, and I’m using the default GET method but I just can’t figure out why there is a problem.

Would appreciate a nudge in the right direction. Link is below. Form is in the footer of every page.

I tested your site on the staging-domain, and the form seems to be working fine.

Thank you Robin. I’m not clear on how you managed to do that. When I enter an email address it gives me the error. This is on the live site. All changes have been published.

I had read through the doc posted by @JanneWassberg before I posted this question. I just can’t figure it out!
