Only two pages in client project before payment

I think I may know the answer to this :frowning: be grateful if someone could tell me something different though.

A client has asked me to build their site, this site will have 6-7 pages. I would like the client to sign it off, give their approval to the completed projected prior to me buying a hosting package for a couple of reasons.

  1. I don’t want to spend £180 on annual hosting if, in the unlikely event, he doesn’t approve or pay for the site.
  2. I would like to set up client billing, but only once he has approved.

Is there any way I can generate a draft site with 7 pages for the client to see before clicking publish and commiting to hosting?
