I recently purchased a template website called Crop, I’ve uploaded some of my work in here, but then I realized one of the two contact forms created does not work.
The “request a quote” tab works, I’ve been able to receive messages to my personal email, and the automated message Webflow has seems to work just fine. However when I work with the actual “contact form” the button does not do anything. Every time I click it, nothing happens with the “form success” or “form error.”
I’ve gone in to both tabs to see if any of the links are broken, but everything in both tabs are identical, the ID is the only difference in both.
