One of our the containers on our homepage is to redirect to a link that is not otherwise accessible on our page. The container is working great on desktop but not showing on mobile. I tried to use block display or change settings there but that did not seem to do the trick when reading other similar posts.

I’ll take a guess that it’s the red C-Suite button.
You have two entirely separate versions of the UI Snippets Composition element set; one that shows on desktop, one that shows on mobile portrait, and then mobile landscape is completely non-functional.
I’d definitely fix that- some phones will show that breakpoint in their normal portrait orientation.
As far as your missing button, it’s actually missing in this setup [1].
