Oddigy Studio– parallax sections

Hello there,
I hope you are all good.

I’m trying to replicate the parallax motion of the sections on this website:

Would it be using the ‘Sticky’ feature that would enable me to achieve this effect? If so, would it be possible to get a simple summary of the settings? I’ve tried and failed at a few examples. Any help would be super amazing.
