When my client receives a message from her website from a Form and answers her customer by pressing “reply”, the customer also gets this message with (see print screen)

It makes no sense that her customers should also have this announcement about the “Number of submissions received” when she answers the email of this form from the website.

how do i get this deleted this:
Number of submissions received
12/1000 this month
April 25th - May 24th

Wouldn’t that turn off submission count notification for the site owner as well?
