Not alone here, I see

Update: As of 2:30 PM EST. I can access my dashboard, but not my client’s, just spins.

This is ridiculous. I need to make updates to a client’s site that they requested this morning at 9:00 AM EST. They are waiting to see this change, and I am waiting to make the change. So they obviously are checking and must think I am slacking off, not getting to their revisions. UGH, this is ridiculous. Sorry for the rant, but I see that I am not alone here.

Hi there,

To access your client’s Workspace as a guest, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Webflow Dashboard
  2. Click the Workspace dropdown menu in the top-left corner
  3. Look for your client’s Workspace in the list of available workspaces

Once inside the client’s Workspace, you’ll have access to:

  • Shared sites and folders
  • Apps & Integrations section
  • Libraries & Templates
  • Any other resources specifically shared with you

Note that your access level will depend on the specific permissions granted by your client.

Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.

Exactly… Now I can’t even access my dashboard. The site won’t even load… This is ridiculous, it’s been all day.

This is what happens when you use an “AI agent” to handle customer relations
