None of my keywords used on my website show up in my SEO Tool ( SEM Rush & Alexa )

I recently launched my website last month problem I am facing is my SEO tool, i.e., SEM Rush and Alexa won’t detect any keyword use on the website.

My website is hosted on webflow hosting.

Webflow community has been really helpful during the development. Hopefull they cold be helpful for SEO problem as well.
