No underlining when designing and on preview, result comes underlined

Need help! On the black bar, when designing this mobile version, all the links (home, about us, etc) have the same styling, which doesnt include underlining. Some how, when published, the word home always comes underlined. In the preview it works fine. How? Like literaly the same styling to all links.
Same was happening to me with spacing, i would conjure the same spacing settings on the 4 titles and when published home always had more space than it should! I’ve tried to edit this bar so many times i must be doing something wrong, please help me. i just want the bar to have equal spacing between titles and no underline, should be super simple in theory.

PS. Also, and shown in the screenshots, the alignment is centered for the whole thing. Result when launched: not in the center. titles always a bit more on top than they should be.

Hey @Unknownuser99,

Can you check if a ‘Current’ state styling is applied to any navigation link? Here’s the docs to explore that setting as well.

If that’s not setup and you are still seeing styling differences, can you share the read-only link of the site, so that we can help you troubleshoot this?

@Unknownuser99 ,

I can see that now the ‘Current’ state has Decor property as none and the published site does not show any link underlined as well.

You could probably set the margin top property of the nav_menu-items items to be 0 as shown below:

So that the menu items do not get placed just above the middle of the screen as they are showing up currently:

And you can further explore if you want to show the menu items vertically rather than horizontally so that it does not look cramped due to the number of navigation items that you have.

Hope this gives you some idea.

thank you so much @AJ_Dev ! can you check it now? as you can see even though i styled it to have the same space between words it doesnt do it on mobile

sorry forgot to add new link @AJ_Dev Webflow - num 2

Hey @Unknownuser99 ,

Are you still facing this issue?

When I check the site on mobile, the navigation items are spaced out evenly with the amount of space it has on mobile screens as follows:
