Netflix Type Slider

Hi I was wondering how I could create a Netflix type slider with my CMS lists on my home page. I want it to be a slider where if your mouse is on the very left of the section, it scrolls the content left, and if your mouse is on the very right, it scrolls right. I just really like the flow of it and think it would be very professional.

I never used Netflix, but I suppose it works like this: https://music-2019.webflow.io/

Here you can find the tutorial Webflow Mouse Interaction - YouTube. You will have to do some adjustment to accommodate the CMS but it shouldn’t be hard.
