Need some help with a button animation! [resolved]

I want the button animation (the blue background) to start at the left side and slide to the right. It is currently starting in the middle of the button and moving out in both directions.

Also when the page loads the blue background take up 100% of the button. I want it to take up 0%. I set the scale to 0 as the initial state and it show as 0 in the preview but when the page loads it is 100%
