Need some advice on making my site fully responsive

I have a site I’ve been building, it’s the first time building a site with this many animations and interactive elements. I’m running into a few problems when trying to make it responsive for mobile devices and would like some advice on how to proceed.

  1. The hero area on desktop has a sticky animation, I’ve removed this for mobile but now the Hero looks empty. Is there a workaround to make this sticky animation responsive?

  2. The “Welcome to the Wildcard Women” section also includes a sticky animation which I’ve removed for mobile, however like the hero the lack of graphics makes the section seem uninteresting now.

  3. I’m using splide for the “Our events” carousel, but it doesn’t seem to be responsive. I’m hoping there’s a way to make this responsive.

  4. The blog post cards sometimes seem to be different sizes, I’ve tried loads of different ways to try and make them consistent but nothing seems to be working.

I appreciate any advice, please find my read-only link below
