Can someone please help me on how to create the animation on the navbar on this link - http://oscarthemes.com/html/crypto/crypto/index-3.html#
There are 2 different animations - 1 during hover the border animates 2 when you scroll to a particular section the border animates.
I was able to create the hover animation but it has bug that when it triggers even on the currently active navlink which I don’t want.

I created this hover animation using two div blocks and add show/hide and move animations.
