Need expert to change shipping zones

Hi I’m Jonathan Holeton of St.Paul Alberta, I’m starting my local delivery service DriveBuy. I’m working on the webflow site. I need help from an expert who knows how to change the shipping zones from Countries to more local to St.Paul, Alberta,Canada. I only want 3 zones available:

  1. St.Paul town zone 0km to 9km: $5 for delivery/shipping
  2. 10km to 49km away from St.Paul, Alberta: $10 for delivery/shipping
  3. 50km to 75km away from St.Paul, Alberta: $20 for delivery/shipping

Let me know if you know how to do that and can help me, I’ll hire you for your help.
