Need a SEO / COPYWRITER collaborator role

At the end of a sites’ development, once the basic SEO configuration and structure are done, and the SEO strategy in place, SEO artists need to have a real access to the site to fine tune things. Mostly wording. And this for half an hour (or more depending on the size of the site and the depth of the SEO strategy) every day for a week and a half or two. They adjust wording depending on the Goodle Console results.

We tried non connected methods but it’s a hassle to report and a pain to apply changes.

All my future sites will have an SEO strategy, needing such a role. Not every SEO strategy that exist requires that Google Console phase, but we believe that from now on, most of the strategies based on unique content creation will need it.

I don’t know what the ideal solution could be. It’s currently too expensive and not very appropriate to use a Team Plan for having an SEO rule. Ideally, the SEO role gives editing capabilities on all texts (CMS and static), images, and all the available ALT values. A super Editor role. Ideally we don’t have to pay for it, too

Thanks for listening!

Ideally, you could unveil this feature just after the release of the ICQ widget :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Hey Vincent thank you for sharing this idea.
Any idea of when this ICQ widget Will be released?
Best,
Blaise

I second this “wish”. A Super Editor role would be great for SEO/CRO and Copywriters etc. Great idea.

It’s a “best practice” in SEO/SEM to connect the Google Console, Google (Universal) Analytics and AdWords all at the same time. Takes 20 minutes tops.

In Google Analytics, after account creation, we set up the views: All Traffic, Master and Test.

  • “All Traffic” is just as it reads: all unfiltered site traffic.
  • “Master” is filtered for all IP addresses of the company’s devices and tick the box to filter out bots.
  • “Test” is for testing things that can’t be deleted, like goals (which can only be turned off). You can only set 20 goals per view, so it’s good to test em out first before making them live.

Google Analytics is also great for email campaign tracking via UTM codes, something many people don’t do, if they even know about it.

Even if you don’t plan to use Google AdWords, it’s good for the Keyword Planner in addition to other keyword tools.

Take care,
~B.
